Manager – Sales (Workforce Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
  • Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.
  • Manage sales team’s performance (if applicable) to drive sales targets
  • Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region/industry
  • Generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors’ data, their offerings, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure adherence to defined sales processes which may include mapping client expectations, documentation, handovers to the Operations team and client servicing team etc.
